Manual transfer via virtual IBAN

To enable this feature on your app, please contact us.

If your payer cannot or doesn't want to pay through Open Banking experience, the manual transfer remains a fallback option. But even with this payment method, Bridge automates the reconciliation thanks to virtual IBAN (VIBAN).

Bridge will display the manual transfer option to the payer as described below:

  • Payer's bank not found: if the payer's bank is not found in the bank list
  • Another payment method option: in addition to payment via QR code or through the bank page

Reconciliation

Bridge reconciles manual transfers with the payment link using the VIBAN. It's important to note that a new VIBAN will be generated for every new payment link.
