Returns the URL to Bridge's Connect funnel for adding an item

Connect funnel
This endpoint does not actually add an Item, but returns an URL pointing to the Bridge Connect. The funnel is hosted by Bridge and takes care of the process of adding an Item for the given User. When entering this funnel, if no IBAN is found by our connector for your users' accounts, your users will be asked to provide an IBAN, or to link the IBAN you added as an input parameter to one of their account.
